What is Facebook Ads 20% rule all about? It's kind of a pain in the ass but facebook has a rule of not putting more than 20% text on your ad.
Meaning that your text on your advertisements that you place on facebook can not exceed 20% of the overall picture. It's a pain for me as a graphic artist so I know it's a pain for anyone who is graphicly challenged. lol And here go what facebook has to say about it..Your ad image may not include more than 20% text. Images in your ads can include text that meets our general Advertising Policies, but may not include more than 20% text in the image (including logos and slogans). This helps ensure that people on Facebook only see high-quality content.
If your image includes more than 20% text, you will need to edit it. Allowed in the 20% text policy:
Check your ad with the grid toolUse the grid tool to determine the percentage of text on your image
